« For sale or to let for one or five years, Vouville, the property of W.C. Hanson, esq., situated on the banks of the St-Lawrence, opposite the town of Three Rivers, consisting of a good stone house, stables, barns, etc., with about 160 acres of the best land, with a garden in a high state of cultivation. The farm is particularly adapted for a dairy, being well-watered, and producing a very large quantity of hay.
The house and garden will be let separately if required and the Proprietor will dispose of the standing crop, at a evaluation. There is a valuable Ferry attached to his property, the profits of which exceeds 100 years.
